Serves 4
This chicken and pea pasta is a filling meal that can be made quickly with simple ingredients most already have in their cupboards!
Ingredients:
- 300g tagliatelle
- 100g frozen peas
- 25ml olive oil
- 25g Parmesan cheese
- 2 cooked chicken legs
- 1tbsp chopped parsley
- Salt & pepper to season
Method:
- Cook the tagliatelle pasta according the the cooking instructions on the pack. Add the peas just before the pasta is completely cooked.
- Shred the meat from the chicken legs.
- Drain the peas and pasta and mix well with the chicken.
- Top with the parsley & Parmesan cheese and serve while hot.
- Enjoy your chicken and pea pasta!
