Serves 4

This chicken and pea pasta is a filling meal that can be made quickly with simple ingredients most already have in their cupboards!

Ingredients:

  • 300g tagliatelle
  • 100g frozen peas
  • 25ml olive oil
  • 25g Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cooked chicken legs
  • 1tbsp chopped parsley
  • Salt & pepper to season

Method:

  1. Cook the tagliatelle pasta according the the cooking instructions on the pack. Add the peas just before the pasta is completely cooked.
  2. Shred the meat from the chicken legs.
  3. Drain the peas and pasta and mix well with the chicken.
  4. Top with the parsley & Parmesan cheese and serve while hot.
  5. Enjoy your chicken and pea pasta!
