1. One main winners will receive £1,000 in cash (cheque or bank transfer). Two runners up will each receive a £250 Love2shop Gift Card.
2. Unless you ask us not to be entered into the draw, you will be automatically entered into the prize draw if you have an existing Park Christmas Savings account in your name that meets the following criteria:
2.1. You have a plan already in place in your Park Christmas Savings account; and
2.2. You have made a payment as stated on your account which has cleared into your account at any time prior to the 20th of the month.
3. Winners will be chosen at random on, or around, the 21st of each month and notified by telephone or by email if we cannot contact you by telephone or by post. In each case, we will use the most recent contact details we have for you on your account. You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details in your account are correct. Prizes must be claimed within 6 months or it will be forfeited. Winners will be announced via the Park Christmas Savings and Parklife Facebook Pages on the 25th of the month.
4. We may use your details to promote the winners of this competition, but will ask your permission before we do this.
5. The decision of Park Christmas Savings is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. You must be a UK resident and at least 18 years of age by the last day of the month before the draw takes place.

13. We will not be responsible to any qualifying customer if a monthly draw cannot go ahead, is delayed or cancelled because of a legal or regulatory issue, a systems failure, the failure by any third party to perform services or for any cause beyond our reasonable control.
14. If a monthly draw cannot take place on the scheduled date and time and is not cancelled, it will take place as soon as it’s reasonably possible afterwards.
15. Before we pay out any prize money, we can require potential winners to provide reasonable proof of their identity, age and that they were living in the UK as at the end of the month before the draw took place. We’ll let potential winners know what proof we need to see when we contact them.
16. The potential winner will no longer be entitled to a prize if our attempts to contact them are unsuccessful or, if having made contact with a potential winner, we discover that they are not a qualifying customer or have been unable to provide the details we require.
17. If, at any time, you decide you don’t want to take part in future draws, please let us know in writing by the last day of the month before the next monthly draw takes place. We will then exclude you from that draw and future draws.
18. We may cancel any of the monthly draws or stop operating the draw altogether, without notice, where we are prevented from continuing because of a legal or regulatory issue, a systems failure, the failure by any third party to perform services; or for any cause beyond our reasonable control. If this happens, we will notify you by placing a notice on our website as soon as we are practically able to. By giving you notice, we may stop operating the draw at any time or may change these rules, including the features of the draw, such as the amounts and number of prizes, and the frequency of the draws.
