How does it work?

If you have an order in place for Christmas 2023 and you’ve paid your target monthly payment into your Christmas plan before the 20th of the month, you will be entered into the draw automatically. For example, if you have paid your monthly target amount by 20th February, you will be entered into February’s draw. Making your payment after the 20th February means you will be entered into the draw for March.

When does it happen?

Jingle bells, jingle bells…. On the 25th of every month, of course! When else?!
Winners will be chosen at random and notified by telephone and email.

FAQs

As well as simply believing our customers deserve the chance to win something all year round given their dedicated planning, we also want to motivate you to keep going so you achieve your end goal!

Yes, if you have reached your monthly target amount, or you have completed your target for the year, you are automatically entered into the monthly draws.

If you find you’re struggling to meet your monthly payments, don’t worry you can easily amend your order in your online account to a more manageable monthly target. It just means going into your account and adjusting it. That way, you’ll be entered each month once you’ve paid it!

Don’t worry if you pay after the 20th in a month, as long as you have met your monthly payment target before next month’s prize draw date, you will still be automatically entered. For example: If you pay on 26th May, you’ll still be entered into the June prize draw.

If the 25th falls on a weekend or bank holiday, the announcement will be made on the next working day on the Park Christmas Savings and Parklife Facebook pages.

Winners are chosen at random and contacted by telephone, email and/or post. We will continue to keep trying to make contact with selected winners for six months. However, if six months pass and we have not been able to contact you, the prize will be forfeited.

For the cash prize winner, it will be through a BACS transfer. Park’s customer care team will contact you via telephone and ask for your details and will arrange the BACS transfer.

Terms and conditions

1. One main winners will receive £1,000 in cash (cheque or bank transfer). Two runners up will each receive a £250 Love2shop Gift Card.

2. Unless you ask us not to be entered into the draw, you will be automatically entered into the prize draw if you have an existing Park Christmas Savings account in your name that meets the following criteria:

2.1. You have a plan already in place in your Park Christmas Savings account; and
2.2. You have made your monthly target payment as stated on your account which has cleared into your account within the 30 days prior to the prize draw date. For example, to qualify for the June draw, you will need to have made a payment into your account between 21st May and 20th June.

3. Winners will be chosen at random on, or around, the 21st of each month and notified by telephone or by email if we cannot contact you by telephone or by post. In each case, we will use the most recent contact details we have for you on your account. You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details in your account are correct. Prizes must be claimed within 6 months or it will be forfeited. Winners will be announced via the Park Christmas Savings and Parklife Facebook Pages on the 25th of the month.

4. We may use your details to promote the winners of this competition, but will ask your permission before we do this.

5. The decision of Park Christmas Savings is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. You must be a UK resident and at least 18 years of age by the last day of the month before the draw takes place.

8. Employees of Appreciate Group and their families are not eligible to enter.

9. We reserve the right to substitute any of our prizes for equal or greater value.

10. No cash alternative is available for the Love2shop Gift Cards.

11. Prizes will be despatched within 7 days of the winner being notified.

12. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.

13. We will not be responsible to any qualifying customer if a monthly draw cannot go ahead, is delayed or cancelled because of a legal or regulatory issue, a systems failure, the failure by any third party to perform services or for any cause beyond our reasonable control.

14. If a monthly draw cannot take place on the scheduled date and time and is not cancelled, it will take place as soon as it’s reasonably possible afterwards.

15. Before we pay out any prize money, we can require potential winners to provide reasonable proof of their identity, age and that they were living in the UK as at the end of the month before the draw took place. We’ll let potential winners know what proof we need to see when we contact them.

16. The potential winner will no longer be entitled to a prize if our attempts to contact them are unsuccessful or, if having made contact with a potential winner, we discover that they are not a qualifying customer or have been unable to provide the details we require.

17. If, at any time, you decide you don’t want to take part in future draws, please let us know in writing by the last day of the month before the next monthly draw takes place. We will then exclude you from that draw and future draws.

18. We may cancel any of the monthly draws or stop operating the draw altogether, without notice, where we are prevented from continuing because of a legal or regulatory issue, a systems failure, the failure by any third party to perform services; or for any cause beyond our reasonable control. If this happens, we will notify you by placing a notice on our website as soon as we are practically able to. By giving you notice, we may stop operating the draw at any time or may change these rules, including the features of the draw, such as the amounts and number of prizes, and the frequency of the draws.
